Delivery address is a snapshot on the order — CRM addresses stay in CRM. Manager/owner can refund or void a completed order. Refund returns money (recorded only). Void marks the sale reversed. Neither restocks inventory or contacts a card/UPI gateway. The order stays COMPLETED.
